Fresh hop brews from Hop Federation
Motueka’s Hop Federation has three new releases for fresh hop season.
Fresh Hop Pilsner (5% ABV) is packed with freshly picked Motueka hops from Hop Federation’s own Te Maatu hop gardens and Taiheke hops from their nearby Karaka gardens, creating a juicy drop full of zingy, zesty citrus aromas and flavours.
Green Limousine (6% ABV) is a fresh hopped IPA with Nelson Sauvin. As the brewery team says, “The Green Limousine delivers Nelson Sauvin hops to us once a year. Coming for just down the road, they’re as fresh as it gets. The result – this beautiful golden brew. Fresh and delicious.”
Enter the Portal (5.9% ABV) is a fresh hop IPA using Rakau hops – keep an eye out from 22 April.
The new brews have been created in Hop Federation’s new brewery in Motueka, which opened last year.
