Indevin partners with EuroVintage

Indevin Group has announced a strategic partnership with EuroVintage, which will become the exclusive distribution partner for Indevin in selected channels in the New Zealand domestic market from 12 October 2026.

Under the new partnership, EuroVintage will manage day–to-day distribution including ordering, customer activity, pricing and servicing relationships through its nationwide customer team and field sales network.

Indevin will continue to lead brand strategy, commercial direction, and portfolio management. The partnership will support Indevin brands including Villa Maria and Esk Valley.

Indevin says it evaluated several options in reviewing its route-to-market model after long-time distribution partner Tasman announced it would cease operations.

“This partnership combines Indevin's portfolio strength, market expertise and our brand investment with EuroVintage's proven distribution capability and reach,” said Mark Polaczek, Indevin Group Country Manager – NZ.

“Importantly, the Indevin team will continue to lead brand and activation strategy as well as commercial direction, working closely with EuroVintage to ensure delivery in the market. This partnership gives us greater scale and execution capability while allowing our dedicated Indevin sales team to focus on further opportunities in other channels that will drive growth for our brands and customers.”

The transition will be implemented in phases, beginning with retail banner groups from 12 October 2026, before expanding distribution responsibilities within independent retail, online retail, and on-premise channels at a later date.
