Mission Estate CEO to step down
Mission Estate CEO Peter Holley has announced he will step down from his role after nearly 30 years due to health reasons, signalling a significant leadership transition.
In a statement announcing the news, Mission Estate says that Peter Holley has provided long and dedicated service, and been a cornerstone of the Mission’s growth and evolution, guiding the organisation through decades of transformation, innovation, and success.
It says his leadership has been instrumental in “shaping the Mission into the internationally respected and forward-looking organisation it is today”.

Peter Holley will work with the Board to support a leadership transition over the next three to six months, as it identifies and appoints the next CEO for Mission Estate.
“Peter’s unwavering commitment, vision, and leadership have left an indelible mark on our organisation,” comments Philip Hocquard, Chair of the Board. “We are deeply grateful for his decades of service and the strong foundation he has built for the future.”
